Welcome to Deelok!

These Terms of Use (β€œTerms”) govern your use of the Deelok mobile application (β€œApp”) and services. By accessing or using Deelok, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of Deelok

Deelok provides a platform where users can create and join paid or free chat groups. Users must:

  1. Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if younger).
  2. Provide accurate registration information.
  3. Use the platform legally and ethically.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our policies.

2. Account Registration

To use Deelok, you must create an account. You are responsible fo

  1. Keeping your login credentials secure.
  2. Ensuring your account details are accurate.
  3. Reporting unauthorized access immediately.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

  1. Deelok allows users to create or join paid groups.
  2. Payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal.
  3. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the billing cycle ends.
  4. Deelok takes a commission on transactions.

4. SMS Notifications

By registering, you agree to receive SMS notifications for authentication, account updates, and transaction confirmations.

  1. Opt-out: You can stop receiving SMS by replying "STOP".
  2. Help: Reply "HELP" or contact support at support@deelok.com.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  1. Use Deelok for illegal activities.
  2. Share or sell access to groups without authorization.
  3. Harass or abuse other users.
  4. Violate any intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to remove content or ban users violating these rules.

6. Content Ownership

  1. Users own the content they create but grant Deelok a non-exclusive license to use it for platform functionality.
  2. Deelok is not responsible for user-generated content but may remove harmful material.

7. Refund Policy

Payments made on Deelok are final. Refunds may be issued only in special cases (e.g., fraudulent transactions). Users must contact customer support at support@deelok.com for refund requests.

8. Account Termination

Deelok may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time in the settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Deelok is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

  1. Loss of data or account access.
  2. Unauthorized use of the platform.
  3. Service interruptions or technical issues.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Deelok after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
