3. Payments & Subscriptions
Deelok allows users to create or join paid groups.
Payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the billing cycle ends.
Deelok takes a commission on transactions.
4. SMS Notifications
By registering, you agree to receive SMS notifications for authentication, account updates, and transaction confirmations.
Opt-out: You can stop receiving SMS by replying "STOP".
Share or sell access to groups without authorization.
Harass or abuse other users.
Violate any intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to remove content or ban users violating these rules.
6. Content Ownership
Users own the content they create but grant Deelok a non-exclusive license to use it for platform functionality.
Deelok is not responsible for user-generated content but may remove harmful material.
7. Refund Policy
Payments made on Deelok are final. Refunds may be issued only in special cases (e.g., fraudulent transactions). Users must contact customer support at support@deelok.com for refund requests.
8. Account Termination
Deelok may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time in the settings.
9. Limitation of Liability
Deelok is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
